1257 Click for larger picture SMITH, Frog, (American, 1928-1944): Landscape with Grist Mill, Watercolor, Sight size 17 1/4'' x 24'', signed lower right, wooden frame 19 1/4'' x 25 1/2'', original typewritten information verso reads ''A Water powered grist mill of Florida. Because of the more level terrain, Florida water mills used a small turbine, sometimes made of wood instead of the big ''overshot'' wheels so familiar further north.''
CONDITION: Several flecks of paint loss, several minor abrasions, not under glass.
