They alternate with deep blue/black bell shape motifs. The central medallion also has an edge of botehs or paisleys and spandrels that extend onto the deep blue field. The field is further covered by clusters of flowers, large leaves, and palmettes linked by vines. The red corners have a repeat of the paisleys and white medallions of the center.
