Sir Walter Scott and his dog Maida are depicted sitting in the arch. Original glass dome resting on a 2 tiered white marble base raised on 4 marble bun feet. 19'' h x 11.5'' l x 7.5'' w.

CONDITION: Frame shows ware and repair, scattered craquelure throughout with stretcher bar ware, several scattered touches of inpaint and several flecks of paint loss, sold as is.

CONDITION: Veneer chip to top right of door, cracking and chip to gauge below pendulum. Wear consistent with age and use.

CONDITION: While checked, the occasional missing inlay may have been missed, one chair with repair to back. Top left scroll over 3 drawer with mirror is broken and missing. Other wear consistent with age and use, some alligatoring to finish.
