100 NORRMAN, Hermann, (Swedish, 1864-1906): Portrait of Mr. Sutherland, O/C, 50 1/2" x 43 1/2", signed lower right and dated 82. Information regarding artist and subject affixed verso on original label, encased in unbelievable period gilt gesso molding. Norrmann's works can be found in several important European collections, including Prince Eugen's, the Thiel Gallery, the Gothenburg Museum, and this painting is registered by the Swedish National Museum.
