Original receipt from the artist, dated 1978, included with Garth Clark Gallery appraisal from 1991 for $6,500. This piece was exhibited at the Peter Voulkos Retrospective, which was a fundraiser for the American Craft Council in 1978, purchased at the conclusion of the exhibit.
