|1||ANTIQUE EMERALD AND DIAMOND GOLD SNAKE BRACELET CA. 1910: 14K yellow gold hinged bangle snake bracelet with platinum top head and neck. The head is a carved emerald, 16 x 9.5 mm. The emerald is framed and the neck is covered in 42 Old European Cut Diamonds totaling approx. 1 Ct. rated SI1-2 in clarity and H-I on color. The body of the snake has reptile skin design. Safety chain. Weight 36.2 grams.||2500|

|4||COLUMBUS WORLDS FAIR MECHANICAL BANK: Circa 1893 by J. & E. Stevens, place coin in slot Columbus raises arm and Indian figure arises from under log when lever is pressed. Cast iron. No letters on side. 6 1/2'' h x 8 1/4'' x 3''.
CONDITION: Currently mechanically sound, note loss of gilt finish.
|5||AMERICAN COUNTRY CHIPPENDALE CHEST OF DRAWERS: New England, primarily cherry, 4 drawers, bracket feet. Visible large dovetails to the top. Measures approx. 41'' x 43 1/2'' x 18''.
CONDITION: Small loss of wood along top, poor restoration to foot.
|6||ANTIQUE 10K GOLD VICTORIAN BROOCH/PENDANT: 10K yellow gold Victorian Brooch/pendant. Crest and crown with hardstone cameo in center. Two foxtail tassels. Bar pin closure. Double bail and watch hook. Weight: 21.3 grams. 3'' in length.||550|
|7||EARLY 19TH CENTURY NEW ENGLAND 3 DRAWER SECRETARY: New England, most likely Massachusetts, 2 paneled glass doors with 2 shelves over 3 drawer top. Secretary base with 3 full length drawers on carved and turned legs. Two parts. 75 3/4'' h. x 41 1/2'' x 21 1/2''.
CONDITION: Note one pane has crack, missing knob, loss of trim around panel, felt has most likely been replaced.

CONDITION: Some reconstruction and refinished hardware.
|10||A GOOD ASSEMBLED EARLY AMERICAN COIN SILVER TEA SERVICE: Late 18th to early 19th century, 5 assembled pieces in similar, but not identical, patterns to include 1) John & Pete Targee coffee pot with embossed floral trim accents, pierced design on foot, note dent on top at final. Monogrammed. 12 3/8'' h. x 11'' x 5''. 2) Matching footed burner, 3 1/2'' h. x 6'' x 5''. 3) Ebenezer Cole teapot with embossed shell trim accents, pierced design on foot. Note missing nub on finial, several dings, handle will need to be reattached. Monogrammed. 9 1/4'' h. x 12'' x 5 1/2''. 4) Ebenezer Cole open creamer with embossed shell trim accents, 6'' x 6 1/2'' x 3 1/4''. Monogrammed. 5) William Thomson covered sugar with embossed shell trim accents. Note bend to finial, minor dings, lid does not seat perfectly. Monogrammed. 8'' h. x 8 3/4'' x 4 1/2''. Approx. 106 troy oz. coin silver.
CONDITION: Note all pieces show typical signs of use, scratches, dings, etc. Please note condition in description as well.

|14||AMERICAN EMPIRE 4 DRAWER DRESSER: Flame grain mahogany veneer, top drawer overhanging lower three drawers. Columnar stiles. Approx. 47 1/2'' x 43 1/2'' x 22 1/2''.
CONDITION: A small bit of veneer damage along the base.
|15||MULLER, Gustav, (German, 1811-): Pair of Excellent 19th C. Portraits of a Male and Female, Oils/Canvas, 11 1/2'' x 9 3/8'', encased in period gilded frames with major wear damage and over-paint, only the female painting is signed.
CONDITION: There is damage to the surface of the male painting, visible damage appears to be caused by some sort of thinner, stripper or some sort of paint dilutor, female painting has damage as well, but not nearly the same extent, cracklure throughout, sold as is.
|16||HEAVILY CARVED OAK LIFT TOP CHEST: Victorian carved chest with hinged lift top lid on paw feet. 27 3/4'' h. x 29 1/2'' x 20''.
CONDITION: Note scratches, especially at feet.
|18||19TH C. GENRE SCENE DEPICTING THE MUSIC TEACHER SCOLDING A YOUNG BOY WITH VIOLIN AND SCHOOL MATES LOOKING IN: Oil/Canvas, 19 1/2'' x 16 5/8'', legibly signed lower left, carved and gilded frame, 26'' x 22 1/2''.
CONDITION: Several areas of minor fleck, paint is firmly adhered, scattered in-paint throughout, mostly in margins and in the instructor's coat, needs cleaning.

CONDITION: Relined, scattered in-paint with repairs throughout. This piece is ready to hang and has been professionally restored.
|31||MARQUETRY INLAY MARBLE TOP SIDEBOARD: Shaped marble top over serpentine base cabinet with marquetry inlay drawers. The center doors open to expose 2 drawers, one with velvet lining. Cabriole legs. Measures 38''h. x 88'' long x 25 1/2'' deep.
