Some yellowing in the upper margin edge, several small spots of foxing, and also pale yellowing in the margin edge.

From the Willadale Country Club in New York. Sight size 11 1/4'' x 15 3/4'', framed 12 1/2'' x 16 1/2''.
CONDITION: Water damage to several, frames appear to have been repainted with prints still inside as there is frame paint bleed through on several. Flaking to paint on frames.

CONDITION: Wear consistent with age and use, as with all pianos, will require tuning. Currently plays however we cannot guarantee soundboard. Spotting to lamp.
