1051 Click for larger picture 2 PC. ENGLISH STERLING TEA AND COFFEE POTS: Approx. 63.56 Total Troy ounces. Comprising; 1- Daniel Smith & Robert Sharp Coffee Pot, circa 1760. 1- George Fox Tea Pot, circa 1873. Both having an ornate floral & scrolling foliate motif with Stylized Dragon spouts. Beautifully hand-chased with incised Unicorn masques. Appropriate impressed marks at both. Largest Approx. 11'' h x 8.25'' l x 4.75'' w.
CONDITION: Hole in leaf of finial at teapot.

1052 Click for larger picture TURKISH HEREKE FINELY HAND KNOTTED ALL SILK RUG, 2'7'' X 4'1'': This beautiful Hereke rug comes from one of the most famous weaving centers in Turkey. The black ground of the center is covered with a design of flowers in shades of yellow, white, red and turquoise, bordered by the four white corners that each has a vase of flowers. The soft yellow and green borders with the final black edge complete the design. There is a signature cartouche at one end.
CONDITION: Very good condition.

Its mesmerizing intricate design is woven in lovely colors of pinks, reds, and blues, on an ivory field, this rug would fit in to the most elegant setting. I has a cloth tag reading Made In Persia indicating it's age to be pre 1935. A museum treasure for sure! An extra added feature, it has it's own custom fitted rug pad!

1092A Click for larger picture MODERN CARPET 7'10'' X 9'10'': An unusual piece of art under foot, giant iris or lilies in shades of green start from one end and grow vertically to the other keeping to one side. There is a red ''chop mark'' and signature opposite it and more descriptive calligraphy at one corner of the other end. The field color changes are another interesting aspect of this rug. A great decorator piece.
CONDITION: Some shading but overall good.
