Condition - Paintings need cleaning, small scrape on the surface of the middle aged woman. 400

Condition - Print has several small scrapes throughout, appears to have been partially adhered in the margins to the frame, some foxing and a 4'' tear? or scrape in lower left quadrant, 1 1/2'' tear in upper left quadrant. A rare and hard to find historically important print. Great color! 400
