CONDITION: Very faint pot of foxing in the lower right margin.

CONDITION: 1. Small tear in upper right margin, several minor handling creases, hinge tape remnants in upper corners, black ink mark in lower left corner verso. 2. Slight yellowing in the margins, small crease in upper left corner, and small bend in upper left corner. 3. Some yellowing in the upper margin edge, several small spots of foxing, and also pale yellowing in the margin edge.

From the Willadale Country Club in New York. Sight size 11 1/4'' x 15 3/4'', framed 12 1/2'' x 16 1/2''.
CONDITION: Water damage to several, frames appear to have been repainted with prints still inside as there is frame paint bleed through on several. Flaking to paint on frames.
