Escher's work was inspired by and features mathematical operations. He socialized with practicing mathematicians, read papers by them and conducted his own mathematical research. His art was popular with mathematicians, scientists and popular culture.
CONDITION: Stained in left margin, overall toning, drying holes, good overall, sold as is.
