201 Click for larger picture 19TH CENTURY ENGLISH NAVAL SWING ARM NAVAL BLUNDERBUSS: Early 19th century English Naval blunderbuss with heavy brass barrel bearing Birmingham Company proof marks, other Birmingham proof marks and the number 5. Flintlock action marked simply London. Heavy full stock with brass buttplate, stock bears cartouche of Niger Coast Protectorate and was most likely supplied to them as a surplus defense weapon. Original swivel rod firmly attached to stock. Action currently working. Barrel 21 7/8'' l. x 2 3/8'' interior dia., overall 41'' long.
CONDITION: Note typical dings, scratches as this weapon saw service. Shippers note weighs approx. 27 lbs.

202 Click for larger picture REMINGTON NEW MODEL PERCUSSION PISTOL: .44 caliber percussion, serial number 6808 under grip, 7 7/8'' barrel, no marking remain and most likely were removed when after market foliate scroll engraving on frame and butt strap was applied. Chocolate brown finish with brass trigger guard. Overall 13 1/2'' l.
CONDITION: Note cleaned and refinished at some point, action works but timing is off and sticks at one safety notch.

CONDITION: Note shows typical age, peppering around nipples, light surface rust.
