251 | MARILYN MONROE MISFITS UNPUBLISHED PHOTOS & SCRAPBOOK COLLECTION: Scrap book collection of Alice and Carrol Stetson who were extras on the ''Misfits'' 1961 starring Marilyn Monroe, Clark Gable and Montgomery Cliff, directed by John Huston. This was Clark Gable's last film. Included in the scrapbook are 6 unpublished photos with Marilyn Monroe on set with Montgomery Cliff and candid shots, dated Sept. 1960. Other photo's include Clark Gable changing a tire on his Gullwing and other cast and crew shots. A total of 20 photos. Scrapbook also contains pay stubs from United Artists, various newspaper articles associated with ''Misfits'' and autographs from assorted other stars not associated with ''Misfits''. CONDITION: Note the scrapbook has seen better days, tearing to pages, some photo's show minor warping but all photos complete. Photos' glued down to page. |

298 | APPROX. 20-30 YEAR OLD INDO PERSIAN HAND KNOTTED WOOL RUG, 7'9'' X 5'7'': This rug uses geometric designs of rectangular shaped panels in greens and browns alternating with more open latch hook medallions all on an ivory field. There are also smaller flower heads scattered here and there on the field of the rug. The use of the green is less common than other colors so someone who is decorating with greens, ivories, and browns would be happy to find this rug. The four borders of the rug use the same colors with the addition of a pinkish-red hue to complete the overall design of the rug. CONDITION: Some color run but otherwise good. |
