CONDITION: Needs cleaning.

1012 Click for larger picture 'SILLON LEDA'' BRASS CHAIR DESIGNED BY SALVADOR DALI: In the 1990s a group of experts, led by Oscar Tusquets, set themselves the task of turning the furniture Dali had drawn for Jean-Michel Frank into reality. Amongst these items were the Leda chair and low table, taken from the painting ''Femme … la tete rose'' (1935). The prototypes were made by the sculptor Joaquim Camps and B.D. Barcelona design organised the production and exclusive world marketing, manufactured and sold by Barcelona Design, this is numbered on the plaque under the seat 028.
CONDITION: Several smaller areas of lacquer wear causing green spots; obviously can be polished and resealed.

CONDITION: Not examined out of the frame, age unknown, bears stretcher bar wear with craquelure and flecking, several areas of paint loss, sold as is.

CONDITION: Scattered craquelure throughout, horizontal cracking in the wood panel visible as a hairline in three separate spots.

CONDITION: Repair to crack in the board running horizontally all the way through, visible in paint by black light, several other minor areas of black light, heavily applied lacquer, sold as is.
