1001 Click for larger picture TULWAR? SWORD 19TH-CENTURY OR EARLIER: With leather scabbard. Sword measures approximately 37'' from tip to hilt. The handle is inlaid with silver, and the blade is Damascus steel.
CONDITION: Scabbard has damage and loss, blade has some pitting and rusting, tip of the sword is bent.

1002 Click for larger picture 4 PANEL PAINTED AND CARVED COROMANDEL SCREEN: Pair of Very Fine Two-leaf Coromandel Screens. Qing Dynasty, Chien Lung Period (1736-1795). One side is brilliantly carved & painted with a continuous festive court scene in the pavilions & gardens of a large villa. Dignitaries & court figures engaged in various activities, with gardens, trees, and mountains in the distance. The scene is continued on the verso. Upper borders are pierced with a horizontal open panel, and decorated with Dragons amongst a floral, cloud, & vine motif. Each panel measures approx. 83.25'' h x 23'' w.
CONDITION: Prior restoration with spots of loss at lacquer.

Rectangular mirror with an encompassing Peach, Foo Lion / Dog, & Auspicious Symbol motif. All flanked by Rats running on a Grapevine border. Approx. 62.25'' h x 13.5'' w x 1.75'' d.
CONDITION: Loss at staff and the reverse. Glue at top joints.
