278 Click for larger picture MODERN IRANIAN HAND KNOTTED WOOL RUG, 3'6'' x 6'8'': This contemporary rug has a traditional overall pattern of flower heads and vines that creates a lattice work effect in colors of ivory, reds and blues on a red field. The field is surrounded by five small borders that use the same colors and motifs that are found in the field of the rug. The condition is very good. A pattern like this can be used with many different decorating styles. 275
