This antique rug has the traditional colors of rugs from this region; midnight blue, white, and a salmon red. But it has an unusual design. There is a central row of three guls, on either side of the guls are zig-zag stripes in the three colors of the rug. There is a simple border around the field with a small extra apron at one end. This rug is worn and the sides and one end have been reduced. And 2) ANTIQUE AFGHAN BOKHARA HAND KNOTTED WOOL RUG, 3' x 5'. This rug has a salmon red field with brown-black and beige colored guls of two different sizes alternating with each other in rows over the field of the rug.
