CONDITION: Could use a cleaning, the shadow box does have some minor wear.

Passed down through the family, reportedly gifted by Dow to Priscilla Coy Hynson around 1920, and passed down through the family.
CONDITION: Frame shows wear and some separation in the corner, has been painted in gold, painting has been relined, shows minor craquelure and repair to tear in the lower mid margin, several minor spots of inpaint (older restoration). Could use cleaning.

CONDITION: Glued to cardboard, tape remnants visible and various pen and ink markings, scattered foxing and toning, abrasion in right margin and several abrasions in the white house near the left margin, sold as is.
