From the estate of long time personal friend and business associate, Professor William Crawford Plumley. This rare collection includes Plumley manuscripts; insider photos by Key West photographer Don Pinder (with receipts of purchase from Pinder); Williams's handwritten letters, autographs, memoirs and more providing insight to the life of Tennessee Williams, twice recipient of the Pulitzer Price and thrice recipient for the coveted New York Drama Critics Circle Award. VA may contact you about my paintings. Let him take them please''. WORDSWORTH, WILLIAM SIGNED LETTER: Letter signed (text in the hand of his wife), one page, 8vo, Rydal Mount, 9 Sept. 1840. To an unidentified gentleman, replying to his ''application for payment of a small debt to the Estate of Henry Harrison''. Wordsworth writes to inform his recipient that ''the money was sent to a friend in London to discharge it on 26 of Feby last, & I am at a loss to account, under these circumstances, for its remaining on the Bankrupt's books. Wordsworth also writes that he will waste little time in looking into the matter. William Wordsworth (7 April 1770 - 23 April 1850) was a major English Romantic poet who, with Samuel Taylor Coleridge, helped to launch the Romantic Age in English literature with the 1798 joint publication Lyrical Ballads. Wordsworth's magnum opus is generally considered to be The Prelude, a semiautobiographical poem of his early years which he revised and expanded a number of times. It was posthumously titled and published, prior to which it was generally known as ''the poem to Coleridge''. Wordsworth was Britain's Poet Laureate from 1843 until his death in 1850. Included in the portfolio are letters, photographs of Wilson with Marianne Moore, Allen Ginsberg, Gregory Corso, John Weiners and more. Also included are 12 short stories by Wilson, and the book ''The Phoenix Book Shop, A Nest of Memories''. Robert Alfred ''Jump'' Wilson was born in Baltimore in 1922. Following service in the U.S. Army and the diplomatic corps, he eventually became the fifth owner of the Phoenix Book Shop in Greenwich Village and ran the shop from 1962 to its closure in 1988. He is the bibliographer of Gertrude Stein, Gregory Corso, and Demise Levertov, as well as the publisher of forty-three books including the work of Gertrude Stein, Marianne Moore, W.H.
