Brass dial with silvered chapter ring, signed Herschede, Arabic numerals, applied brass spandrels. 9 tube time and strike movement with Westminster, Whittington, and Canterbury melodies. APPROX 25-50 YR OLD INDO-TURKISH OUSHAK DESIGN HAND KNOTTED WOOL RUG, 8'1'' X 10'3'': This rug has the look of an Antique Oushak with its ivory field mostly soft colored larger sized floral motifs. Three large flowers are placed at each end of the field around a pair of simple smaller flower and leaf motifs that are in the center of the field. Leaves come out from the edge of the field in places all around the rug. Faint thin lines separate the field from the border. CONDITION: There are some stains that aren't too noticeable and some visible wear but the overall appearance is good. |

APPROX 20-45 YR OLD TURKISH CAUCASIAN DESIGN HAND KNOTTED WOOL RUG, 4'11'' X 6'9'': This Turkish rug has a Caucasian Kazak design. The two diamond-shaped central medallions have giant ''I's'' as part of their design. An ''L'' shaped corner design is found not only in the corners but also on the center sides of the field so both medallions are flanked by them. The borders have three archaic Caucasian designs, the running dog, leaf and star, and leaf and flower motifs. CONDITION: The rug shows some wear and fade but otherwise good. |

SEMI-ANTIQUE PERSIAN HAND KNOTTED WOOL RUG, 9'X12': This interesting rug has an overall design of diamond shapes starting with the white central medallion, then a blue ground diamond then a red and orange (this diamond has color change from one end and even one side from another). At the outside are the white and green corners that keep up the diagonal diamond look. Within all the diamonds is a small repeating Herati variant pattern. A green inner border starts the frame of the field and the several blue, white, red/orange, and green borders complete the design. CONDITION: There is some visible wear and shading. |
