Neirman is a leader in modern Mexican art and has had exhibitions in Mexico City, U.S., Italy, Israel, Australian, Spain and Japan. His abstract paintings are very colorful.
CONDITION: Frame shows minor wear, sold as is.

1187 Click for larger picture YOUNG, Stephen Scott (American, 1957-): Young Black Girl Seated on Cement Stairs, Lithograph, sight size 18'' x 19.5'', pencil signed lower right, numbered 110 of 375 lower left, Michael Murphy framed, 31.25'' x 32.75''. As a child, Young's mother gave him illustrated books with works of the Old Masters and this may have inspired his interest in art. He studied printmaking at Ringling School of Arts in Sarasota and then began working in watercolors. His work has been compared to Winslow Homer and Andrew Wyeth. Young may be the youngest living artist to have a watercolor sell at Christie's. 750
