1252 Click for larger picture SEMI-ANTIQUE CAUCASIAN HAND KNOTTED WOOL RUG, 3'10'' x 7'3'': The field of this rug is covered with rows of small medallions in red, white, green, blue, and brown that alternate with a staggered row of smaller squares in the same colors. The main border has a white ground with a traditional Caucasian serrated leaf and wine glass design. The guard borders have a pattern of different colored triangles.
CONDITION: There is some visible wear consistent with its age.

1261 Click for larger picture CHIKANOBU, Yoshu (Japanese, 1838-1912): ''Procession of the Sanno Festival in Edo, Watched By A Shogun'', Woodblock Triptych, each panel is 14'' x 9 3/8'', unframed under plastic, old certificate from 1985 from Kaoru Kamimura Gallery in Toronto, Canada. Chikanobu was a prolific woodblock artist of the Meiji period. His works included figures from Japanese mythology to battlefields to women's fashions and kabuki actors.
CONDITION: Under plastic, not examined out of plastic, sold as is.

Furlow may have been discouraged as an artist by his college art professor who disapproved of his style - so Furlow left college to become a rock and roll musician playing back up for groups, such as the Beach Boys, for 18 years. He learned to appreciate strong colors as a one-time designer of movie sets for Disney. Eventually he returned to his love of painting and as an artist and has sold out over 50 one-man shows. His work is held in public and private collections around the world. He is recognized by many as a ''Renaissance Man'' and a ''living legend'', particularly with regards to painting the American Southwest. 650

1284A Click for larger picture APPROX. 25-35 YR OLD PAKISTANI-PERSIAN HAND KNOTTED WOOL RUG, 4'7'' x 7'7'': A deep blue, peach, white, and pale aqua rounded central medallion and corners rest on a salmon colored field. The field design radiates out from the central medallion with larger leaves and palmettes circling and sprays of flowers and palmettes at each end of the field. The deep blue main border has a repeat of the corner's design and colors.
CONDITION: There is obvious abrash or color change from one end of the rug from the other. Otherwise condition is good.

Ill-fitting socket with brass shade ring, crystal prism drops, cut glass shade appears to have been the top to a cheese bell. Base measures 18'' h. x 10 1/2'', shade 6'' h. x 10 1/2''.
CONDITION: Missing 2 prisms, shade does not fit correctly, lean to brass ring, sold as-is.

1298 Click for larger picture SEMI-ANTIQUE PERSIAN HAMADAN HAND KNOTTED WOOL RUNNER, 2'8'' x 9'8'': This pretty, dark runner has a deep salmon field with dark and medium blue and orange colored overall motifs. The motifs change from one part of the field to the next but all radiate out from central medallions down the center of the runner.
CONDITION: Good condition except for a small hole.
