1001 Click for larger picture PAIR OF LARGE OUVRARD & VILLARS BRASS SHIPS LANTERNS: A stunning large matched pair of ships lanterns with brass frames, molded clear glass inserts, double doors on hinges. Embossed Ouvrard & Villars, Seine address mark, Mod le 1925. Overall 29'' h. x 12 1/2''.
CONDITION: Spotting to brass, have not been electrified. Shippers note approx. 34 lbs. each.

Sold with a copy of the original 1974 receipt from Directional Industries for $723.00
CONDITION: There are scratches and abrasions to the original slate inserts.

Body with neo-classical interior genre scene relief frieze panel, on 4 feet. Dial with enamel chapter ring, Roman numerals, unmarked time and strike movement. Overall measures 20'' h. x 15 1/2'' x 6''.

1020 Click for larger picture A NICE GORHAM FLORAL LEADED GLASS LAMP: A fine American leaded glass shade, unmarked attribution to Gorham with cascading floral design, amethyst ground and medallions, flowers jeweled from behind, measures 7 1/4'' h. x 19 1/2'' dia. Gorham patinated bronze base, with a twist knot in the center of the shaft, 4 socket fixture with acorn pulls. No visible markings. Base with heat cap measures 25 1/2'' h. x 8 1/4'' base dia.
CONDITION: We have counted approx. 27 cracked panels, however a few more may be discovered. Has been re-wired at some point.

Bonnet with arched glass good, single blind door trunk, base with shaped skirt. Hand painted wood dial marked L. Watson Cincinnati, floral motif spandrels, secondary date and second aperture. Wooden gear time and bell strike movement, common for a Watson clock. Luman Watson was active as a clock maker from 1819-1834. Overall measures 96'' h. x 22'' x 13''.
CONDITION: Very minor wear to dial. One weight string with broken loop to hold weight. Has pendulum weight but no rod, unable to determine functionality.
