The large ovoid medallion within a medallion in the center of the rug has a deep blue outer part around a lighter ivory, green, and pale rust center. All around the medallion are vases with huge bouquets of flowers spread out like a peacock's tail. The rest of the tomato red field is open except for the four corners which have bands of medium blue and beige with another vase of flowers. The blue main border completes the rug.
